Fees are due upon registration in classes.  If you are unable to pay your fees, you can sign up for a payment plan.  Unpaid fees may result in a drop for nonpayment before classes begin.  To confirm the specific drop dates, please refer to the information provided in the class schedule.

The deadline to drop a course for a refund is as of the date that is 10% of the actual class meeting days. In some cases this may be the first day of the class. Check MySWC for specific refund dates.

If you decide to not attend the class, you must drop within the refund deadline or you will incur a financial obligation and a hold may be placed on your record.

A class added after the refund deadline is not eligible for a refund.

You can drop your classes on MySWC or at any Admission location. If you qualify for a refund, then contact Cashiers to request your refund.

Credit Card Refund - Please complete the credit card refund request form available on MySWC or at the Cashier's Office.

Checks - Please call (619) 482-6314 or stop by the Cashiers Office located at the Cesar Chavez Building on the Chula Vista campus.

Students can request virtual parking permits through the  at no cost until the end of Spring 2022. Regular parking fees will return in Summer 2022. Parking information can be found on the Parking Services page.
